TheEngine+ is IPG’s innovation and entrepreneurship program—think Shark Tank, but for bold ideas within the company. Launched by Kinesso’s product innovation team, the initiative empowers employees at all levels to shape the future of the business by pitching transformative product and solution ideas to a panel of senior leaders across IPG.
From concept to launch, I collaborated closely with my team and cross-functional partners to bring the program to life—leading brand development, designing content and collateral, supporting event execution, and contributing to overall strategic direction.
Problem:
How can we effectively spread
the word about a new company-wide initiative and inspire
employee participation and enthusiasm?
Solution:
Developed a compelling and distinctive brand identity for the program to drive visibility, engagement, and excitement across the organization.
Impact:
Generated over 30 proposals and attracted 600+ viewers to the Final Pitch event within the program’s first year.
